If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have full authority to bind that organisation to the Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please stop using the Service.

Continuing to use the Service after the Terms have been updated is deemed acceptance of the updated version.

Article 3. Accounts & registration

To use the Service you must create an account and provide the requested information. When registering and throughout your use of the Service, you must:

Article 4. Scope of the Service

AzManager is an independent tool that helps Users monitor and manage multiple Google Ads accounts at the same time through the official Google Ads API and the Manager Account (MCC) mechanism. Specifically, the Service allows you to:

  • Read account data through the API, including: Customer ID, account name, currency, spending, payments profile, account budget and account status.
  • Monitor account status and set alerts based on spending thresholds configured by the User.
  • Export data to Google Sheets or a database, only when the User actively connects and configures these destinations.

AzManager does not store your Google password and only accesses data within the permissions you have granted through Google. The Service may be adjusted, extended or partially discontinued as announced by AzManager.

Article 5. Connecting Google accounts & user responsibilities

Google Ads accounts are connected to the Service through Google’s authorisation flow. AzManager does not collect and does not store your Google password; access is granted, and can be revoked, directly in your Google account at any time.

When connecting an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to every Google Ads account you connect, either as its owner or as a duly authorised manager.
  • You do not connect any account that is not under your management or for which you do not have the lawful consent of the account owner.
  • You fully comply with Google’s terms, policies and regulations, including the Google Ads Terms of Service and the Google Ads API policies.

You bear full legal responsibility for connecting to, accessing and processing data from Google Ads accounts through the Service. AzManager is an independent product, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Google. “Google Ads” is a trademark of Google LLC.

Article 6. Permitted use & prohibited conduct

AzManager offers a free plan (where available) and paid plans with different feature sets, connection limits and support levels. Fees, billing cycles and specific conditions are published on the pricing page or set out in the contract/order between the parties.

  • Billing cycle: fees are charged per cycle (monthly or yearly) depending on the plan you choose and are paid in advance of each cycle, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds: unless required by law or agreed separately, fees already paid for the current cycle are generally non-refundable. Any specific refund policy will be stated at the time of purchase.

  • Taxes: fees may exclude taxes and charges required by law; you are responsible for any such taxes and charges.

If you fail to pay on time, AzManager may suspend part or all of the Service until payment has been completed.

Article 8. Intellectual property

All software, source code, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, trade names, logos and other intellectual property related to the Service are owned by AzManager or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. The Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with the Terms.

You retain all rights to your data and Content, including Google Ads account data read through the API. You grant AzManager the necessary, limited right to use that Content solely to provide, operate and improve the Service for you, within the scope set out in the Privacy Policy.

Article 9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, AzManager makes no commitment or warranty, express or implied, that the Service will:

  • Operate continuously, without interruption, on time, with absolute security or entirely free of errors.
  • Meet all of your requirements, expectations or specific purposes.
  • Guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of data read through the Google Ads API.

AzManager does not control and is not responsible for changes, outages, errors, quota limits or discontinued support on the part of the Google Ads API and other third-party services. Such changes may affect the availability of some or all features of the Service.

Article 10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzManager and its related parties (officers, employees, partners, licensors) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption or loss of opportunity, arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

In all cases, AzManager’s total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service and these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you actually paid to AzManager in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

The limitations above do not apply to liabilities that Vietnamese law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Article 11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AzManager and its related parties from all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:

AzManager may assume the defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification above, and you agree to cooperate in good faith.

AzManager may suspend or terminate part or all of your access to the Service, with or without prior notice in urgent cases, when:

  • You breach the Terms, violate the law, or violate Google’s terms or policies;
  • There are signs of fraud, abuse, security risk or a threat to the integrity of the system;
  • You fail to meet your payment obligations under Article 7;
  • Required by a competent authority or by law.

You may stop using the Service and terminate your account at any time by revoking access through Google OAuth and/or sending a request to technology@azmanager.vn. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends; the provisions on intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution survive termination.

Article 13. Changes to the Terms

AzManager may amend, supplement or update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology or the way the Service operates. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new update date.

For material changes, AzManager will notify you by reasonable means (for example by email or an in-Service notice) before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date is deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service.
